Establish The Work Of Our Hands, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2023, dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve self-sufficiency through employment, personal development, and access to essential community resources. We equip individuals with the tools, guidance, and support needed to discover their purpose, secure meaningful employment, and build stable, fulfilling lives.

What We Do

Core Programs

Employment Procurement & Coaching

Individualized and group-based support focused on resume development, interview preparation, job readiness, and direct connections with local employer partners to facilitate successful job placement.

Career Coaching

Coaching services that help individuals set and achieve personal and professional goals while strengthening executive functioning, confidence, and overall workplace readiness.

Community Resource Connection

Connecting participants with vital resources including education, housing assistance, and financial literacy programs, helping them build a strong foundation for long-term stability.

Mental Health Coaching

A supportive, non-clinical approach to help individuals manage stress, overcome emotional barriers, and increase motivation — factors that directly impact employability and life success. Services are kept inexpensive for the unemployed.
